Shipping

All items ordered from LAB COLLECTION can be shipped to national and international addresses excluding Russia. Please, be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.


Deliveries are handled through CORREOS (national orders) and FEDEX (international orders). All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

 We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (except for public holidays in Barcelona). 

All our jewelry is made upon request and will be ready for dispatch in 21-28 business days after the receipt of payment, longer if it is a customized piece. If you cannot wait, please contact us at info@evagomezvirgili.com  and we will do our best to speed up the process.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You will be able to check the status of your order using the link provided.

Non-EU and US shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Please note the customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes associated with the purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

All LAB COLLECTION pieces are handcrafted especially for you under request. We hope you order consciously and love all your LAB COLLECTION jewelry. 

If you want to change the size of your ring, we offer a size change service within 7 days after your purchase.

You must return the products in perfect condition, unused and in their original box. If any returned item is dirty or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.

  • Securely pack your merchandise. You are responsible for properly packaging, labeling and shipping the items. Returns in the EU are free for customers.
  • Attach our address to your return package.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend including tracking and insurance for your protection.
  • As soon as we have received the piece, we will examine it and execute the ring size exchange. You will receive an email confirming this action. 
  • Please, note that this process may take a few days. 

Warranty and repair

The jewelry purchased is protected by a limited warranty of one year from the day your payment is made (ticket receipt is required as proof). 

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from, in our opinion, improper handling, lack of care, accidents, if your piece has been altered by another jeweler, loss, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence, normal wear and tear or aging.

We know that over time jewelry can lose its shine due to daily wear and air pollution.

Therefore, we want to give you some tips on how to take care of them:

  • Treat with care and avoid activities that expose jewelry to bumps and scratches, especially for engagement rings.
  • Remove jewelry before washing your hands, take a shower or go to bed.
  • Store them separately to avoid scratches.
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes, oils, and cosmetics.
  • Rinse with clean water and dry with a clean and soft cloth.

Size guide

We create our rings in the most common sizes (EU 12-18; US 6-8.5). However, if you need a size outside this range, we can make it for you. Feel free to reach out to us at info@evagomezvirgili.com.

Don't you know what your ring size is? Follow the steps to make sure you select the correct size and keep in mind the following points:

  • Make sure your hands are at normal body temperature, fingers can shrink or expand when hot or cold.
  • Fingers tend to change in size throughout the day, the best time to measure your finger is at the end of the day.
